About your repair list.
Can I send several small jobs together?
Yes. Put the jobs in one list and tell us which matter most. We can discuss what is involved and whether they can be arranged together.
What sorts of repairs do you take on?
Our repair work includes tiling, floor work, decorating and interior repairs. You can also ask about paths, fencing and other outside jobs. Send the details so we can check the work.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. Our repair work includes properties managed by Mocha Property. Tell us who can arrange access and who will approve the work and cost.
What information helps you assess a repair?
Send your postcode and a short description of the problem. Tell us about access restrictions and any timing you have in mind. We will ask for photos where they help.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
We take on planned work only. Please do not use the enquiry form or email for an emergency.
