Before we get started.
Do you take on smaller building jobs as well as larger projects?
Yes. We handle individual rooms and repairs as well as extensions, whole-property refurbishments and new builds. Tell us what you have in mind and where the property is.
Can I get in touch before my plans are finished?
Yes. Send your ideas and any drawings you already have. We can discuss the work and what needs to happen next, including who will handle any plans and approvals.
Who organises the different trades?
We organise the trades and manage the order of work. We agree the work with you before starting and talk through changes before carrying out extra work.
What do you need to discuss a price and start date?
Start with your postcode, a short description of the work and any timing you have in mind. We will ask for plans, photos or a visit where needed before agreeing a price and schedule.
Can you help after the building work is finished?
Yes. We can discuss aftercare, repairs and ongoing property or grounds maintenance. Tell us what you would like looked after so we can agree the work and timing.
