Looking after your property.
Can maintenance be a one-off job or regular work?
Yes. We can discuss a one-off visit or a plan for regular upkeep. Tell us what needs attention and how often you would like it checked or maintained.
Can you maintain a property you did not build?
Yes. We work on existing properties for homeowners, landlords and property managers, as well as looking after properties where we have carried out building work.
Can you look after the grounds as well as the building?
Yes. Include the grounds, paths, fencing and other outside areas in your enquiry. We can discuss these alongside repairs, decorating and upkeep inside the property.
What do you need from a property manager?
A work list, the property postcode and your priorities are a useful start. Tell us how access is arranged and who can approve the work and cost. We can then discuss the jobs and timing.
